How to create and manager your event agenda

1. Add to agenda
Providing an agenda for an event is crucial for several reasons. It serves as a roadmap for both organisers and attendees, ensuring everyone knows what to expect and when.
With the Envitely app, you can easily create an agenda that precisely outlines the day’s activities. To get started, simply click the “Add Agenda” button
2. Adding an agenda item
After clicking the “Add Agenda” button, a form will appear to create the first item on the agenda. Fill in the relevant fields, which include:
- Title
- Description
- Date
- Start time
- End time
Once the fields are completed, you can click the “Add Agenda Item” button to save the information and open a new form for adding the next agenda item. Alternatively, you can click “Save” to save all entries up to that point and return to the agenda module home screen.
3. Edit your event agenda
You may find that you need to make changes to your agenda.
To add new items to your agenda, click the “Add Agenda” button and fill in the details.
To edit an existing item, click the pencil icon at the top right corner of the item you want to modify. This will reopen the agenda form, allowing you to make and save your changes.
Once you save an item, it will automatically update the agenda and be visible in the event details section of the app, ensuring your guests stay informed.
