Envitely is a mobile app designed to simplify event planning and management, making it easy to organise and arrange any occasion without the stress. Whether it’s a small gathering, a wedding, or a large conference, Envitely brings everything together in one place.

Yes! Envitely offers a free-for-life plan. With it, you can create and manage one event at a time, invite up to 100 guests, and even add a co-host to help plan and manage your event. Once your event ends (or you delete it), you’re free to start a new one. It’s a great way to plan memorable events at no cost. You can upgrade your subscription at any time to unlock more features and capacity.

Guests only need to download the app and create an account if they want to view your event details or join the Guestbook group. For security, only guests on your guest list with a valid email address or phone number can log in and access the event.

The Guestbook is a private event group, a community space inside Envitely. It’s where guests can connect, share updates, and celebrate together before, during, and after your event. In the Guestbook, guests can view event details, join discussions, post photos, comment, and stay up to date with announcements. It keeps everyone engaged and makes your event feel more personal and interactive.

Envitely is an all-in-one event planning and management app, perfect for any occasion — from weddings and social celebrations to work functions and corporate events. Designed for simplicity and flexibility, it adapts seamlessly to personal, business, and professional planning needs.

Yes! Collaboration is a key part of Envitely. With the free plan, you can invite one co-host to help plan your event. On upgraded plans, you can add multiple collaborators, manage their access to different features, and easily delegate tasks — making teamwork simple and stress-free.

Envitely prides itself on its ease of use, speed, and focus on the core elements of event planning, from budgeting and guest management to supplier coordination and venue organisation. Creating and sharing your event takes only minutes, making the process simple and stress-free.

Unlike many event planning tools that concentrate primarily on creating static event websites, Envitely takes a more community-driven approach. This philosophy led to the development of our Guestbook event grou, a dynamic space where everyone involved in the event can share updates, exchange memories, and stay connected before, during, and after the event.

To make things even better, Envitely offers a Free for Life plan, giving you access to essential features without time limits or hidden costs.

Sending invites with Envitely is simple and depends on the type of event you’re hosting. When creating your event, you can choose between:

Private Event

  • Invite-only access – ideal for weddings, corporate functions, and VIP gatherings.

  • To send invites:

    1. Create your guest list by adding details manually, importing from your contacts, or uploading a bulk CSV file.

    2. Once your event details are ready, click Send Invite in the Guest List module.

    3. Guests with an email address or phone number will receive an invitation to accept or decline.

  • Alternatively, you can share your event ID or event link, allowing guests to log in to Envitely and respond directly.

Public Event

  • Open access — perfect for networking events, workshops, meet-ups, and community gatherings.

  • To invite attendees:

    • Share your event link or event ID publicly so guests can self-register, or

    • Create a guest list as you would for a private event and send invitations directly.

Yes! You can upload photos directly to your event through the Guestbook group. Guests can also be invited to share their own images, which you’ll have full access to as the host.

You can decide which photos are visible to all guests and which remain private between you and the uploader. As the event host, you’ll also have the option to download and save any images for yourself.

If the Free plan no longer meets your needs, you can easily upgrade to one of our paid plans. Upgrading gives you access to greater capacity — allowing you to invite more guests, add additional collaborators, and manage multiple events at the same time.
